WE ALSO UTILIZED THE COMMUNITY TECHNOLOGY FUND TO FUND THE COUNCIL STREAMING INITIATIVE. WE HAVEN'T EXPANDED SERVICES. WE'VE DENIED A LOT OF BUDGET REQUESTS FROM DEPARTMENTS OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS, OVER 425,000 IN BUDGET REQUESTS HAVE NOT BEEN FUNDED IN BOTH 2019 AND 2020 BUDGETS. AND THEN ALSO, WE'VE REDUCED STAFFING. AS WE LOOK ADD IT EVERY DEPARTMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION HAS REALLY BEEN MADE OVER BUT JUST IN TERMS OF FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES, WE HAVE APPROXIMATELY 10 LESS FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES THEN IN 2002. HOLDING MULTIPLE POSITIONS OPEN IN 2020, WHICH IS GOING TO APPROPRIATIONS.ASE UNEXPENDED- THE MOST IMPACTFUL THING WE CAN DO.
